Design Drafter

The primary duties of this role will focus on being coached and mentored on the generation of layout and detail drawings using Cabinet Vision and other software systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist, create, and modify diagrams, work instructions, and drawings in Cabinet Vision
  • Assist Sr. Drafter on completing other internal documents and related duties, preparing, reviewing, and redrafting alongside the engineering team
  • Update and maintain all listing files, reference materials, and samples
  • Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings
  • Prepare both rough sketches and detailed work with computer software systems
  • Perform cutlists for the shop and calculations for materials
  • Communicate with architects and engineers, incorporating knowledge gained into drawings
  • Ensure final designs are compliant with building regulations
  • Identify and communicate potential design problems to the rest of the team

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience designing systems for industrial and commercial use
  • Minimum 1 year of experience and knowledge specifically of cabinet design
  • Must have at least 1 year of Cabinet Vision experience exclusively
  • Knowledge of material and machinery tooling
  • Knowledge of construction housing building regulations and accessibility codes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, Google Suites, and basic office equipment
  • Well-developed communication skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems
  • Ability to draw manually is favorable, but not essential
  • Ability to work well in a team and on your own
  • Ability to respond well to evaluation and maintain a positive attitude

Sales Person

We’re seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales of both production and custom cabinetry. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales or marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints to understand client needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively solicit and develop new business through networking, referrals, and outside sales efforts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored cabinetry solutions
  • Review and interpret blueprints, architectural plans, and project specifications to prepare accurate quotes
  • Collaborate with design, drafting, and production teams to ensure client expectations are met
  • Conduct in-person presentations and product demonstrations with prospective clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and following up on leads
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in cabinetry, construction, building materials, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and consultative approach
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Knowledge of cabinet manufacturing processes, finishes, and materials is a plus

Human Resources (HR) Support

This role involves providing administrative and logistical assistance to the HR department. This includes tasks like managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and handling employee inquiries. The specific duties can vary based on the level of experience and the organization, but generally, they contribute to the smooth functioning of HR operations and support the overall employee experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Record Management: Maintaining employee files (both physical and digital), updating employee information in HR systems, and ensuring data accuracy
    • Document Management: Preparing and processing HR-related paperwork, such as new hire paperwork, benefit enrollment forms, and termination documents
    • Data Entry and Reporting: Entering data into HR systems and generating reports as needed, which may include reports on employee demographics, headcount, or other HR metrics

They are hands-on managers who support field teams and address on-site challenges.

CNC & Woodworking Machine Technician

Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery, ensuring efficient and accurate production of parts. This role involves reading blueprints, programming machines, selecting appropriate tools, and performing quality checks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Machine Operation: Operate a variety of CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.) to produce parts according to specifications
  • Programming: Write and edit CNC programs using CAD/CAM software and G-code, translating designs into machine instructions
  • Setup and Tooling: Set up machines, select and adjust cutting tools, and ensure proper machine alignment
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair CNC machines, including both mechanical and electrical components
  • Quality Control: Use precision measurement tools to verify that parts meet specified dimensions and quality standards
  • Safety: Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaboration: Work with engineers, designers, and other technicians to optimize production processes and resolve issues

Qualifications:
